Pastor
Tom Allen
Rev. Tom Allen has been in
the gospel ministry since 1975. He is a graduate of Asbury College
(Wilmore, Kentucky), and the Alliance Theological Seminary (Nyack,
New York). Pastor Tom was the National Director of Evangelism for
the Christian & Missionary Alliance, and he has pastored churches in
British Columbia (Canada), Ohio, and Minnesota. He has also served
on the denominational Board of Directors. Rev. Tom Allen was founder and president of Tom Allen Ministries and a National Minister of Outreach for the C&MA. As an evangelist, his travels took him to more than 300 churches in the United States and Canada. He has also journeyed to several locations in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Europe, and South America, ministering to missionaries and their children, along with national churches and their leadership. During the past several years, Tom has served as Intentional Interim pastor for churches that were in crisis or transition. He accepted the call to become the Senior Pastor at Maranatha Bible Chapel in July, 2007. Pastor Tom and his wife, Arliss, have two adult daughters—Andrea, a graphic designer in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Amanda, a third year law student in New York City. Tom and Arliss reside in Horseheads.
